Here are small “experiment builds” shaped by research and lived experience. Building them raises new questions and observations, shaping how I think through making as I expand my coding through rapid prototyping.

Pebble came from researching homeschooling for my son, and now runs in our house. Most tools on the market are designed for the child; few are designed for the mother holding the day together. It runs a daily Circle, Session, and Reflection loop so families feel others schooling alongside them. Leoney, still in research, started by sending remittances to Sierra Leone and wanted that money to become something more durable. It pairs an AI sourcing agent for reliable trade with China with a savings layer that turns remittances into local infrastructure, so sending money home becomes a choice, not the only option. Rookieball began when I watched my son play sports and wondered what his game footage could become as data from day one. Built and shelved for now, it measures a student-athlete against real recruiting benchmarks and turns that gap into a roadmap across athletic, academic, and exposure development.

Gradstudio grew out of a decade teaching design students internationally. It is a two-sided admissions platform: institutes get tools to evaluate applicants at scale, applicants get research, portfolio development, and structured feedback to build a real case for themselves. SenseSpace AI grew out of years of watching design teams drown in research they had no time to make sense of. Built on a taxonomy of design methodology, it turns raw transcripts into traceable insight without replacing the researcher's judgment, cutting analysis time by 70 percent across more than fifty teams. DeepSoCal Agent started with running client engagements across Southern California and rebuilding context from zero every time. It carries an agency's clients through a five-stage growth lifecycle, from acquisition to referral, as a persistent intelligence layer that sharpens with each engagement.

Mineral Pulse extends my PhD work into a working prototype: an interactive map of mineral-producing nations across Africa, built on six data indices, so communities and investors can see conditions that are currently hidden and shift from passive resource providers to active participants.
